The company promoting the prize competition with final draw pursuant to art. 2 of Presidential Decree 430/2001 entitled "FLY TO EUROPE WITH BOMBINATE SHOES" (hereinafter the "Competition") "NOMAD SNC di D'Agliano D. and Aouini M.", considers the protection of the personal data of its customers to be of fundamental importance and users and ensures that the processing of personal data collected as part of the Prize Competition will take place in full compliance with the European Regulation on the protection of personal data n. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR") and other applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

- Persons authorized by "NOMAD SNC di D'Agliano D. and Aouini M." to the processing of Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services also in relation to the Competition, which are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g. employees);
- Subjects for internal administrative purposes;
- Subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data for Compliance, Abuse or Fraud purposes, or by order of the authorities.
6. Where the data is processed
Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller within the EU territory where the Data Controller carries out his activity. 7. Retention of Personal Data
The Data will be processed for the entire duration of the prize competition and will be kept in compliance with the ordinary limitation periods identified by the Civil Code or by specific legal provisions, for administrative purposes and / or to assert or defend a right. or a legitimate interest, and the same will be canceled if the purposes for which they were collected cease to exist.

• request and obtain from the Data Controller - in the hypothesis in which the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent and the same is carried out by automated means - their personal data in a structured and readable format by automatic device, also in order to communicate such data to another data controller (so-called "right to the portability of personal data");
• object at any time to the processing of their personal data in the event of particular situations concerning the user (pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR);
• withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases in which the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example date and place of birth or place of residence) or particular categories of data (a e.g. data revealing one's racial origin, political views, religious beliefs, health or sex life). The treatment based on consent and carried out prior to the revocation of the same retains, however, its lawfulness.
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Authority for the protection of personal data - www.garanteprivacy.it) pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR.

1. PROMOTING COMPANY
The company promoting the prize competition with final draw pursuant to art. 2 of Presidential Decree 430/2001 entitled "FLY TO EUROPE WITH BOMBINATE SHOES" (hereinafter the "Competition") is "NOMAD SNC di D'Agliano D. and Aouini M.", p. VAT 02576470468, with registered office in 55041 - Camaiore (LU), Via IV Novembre 20, (hereinafter the "Promoter Company"), according to the procedures specified in the following articles of these "Regulations".
2. DELEGATED SUBJECT
The Subject delegated to fulfill the formalities relating to the drafting of this regulation and the privacy policy pursuant to art. 5 of Presidential Decree 430/2001 is Avv. 3. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
From 00:00:01 of 19.12.2021 to 23:59:59 of 05.01.2022 inclusive, with awarding of the prize through final drawing scheduled for 07.01.2022 in the presence of a chamber official.
4. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The territory of the Italian Republic (the "Territory").
5. RECIPIENTS - PARTICIPANTS
5.1. Individuals of legal age (at the start date of this Competition) residing in Italy who, before participating in the competition, are registered on the website www.bombinate-shoes.com ;
5.2. Participation in the Competition is free, except for the internet connection costs for registering on the website www.bombinate-shoes.com;
5.3 Collaborators and / or employees of the Promoting Company and / or the Delegated Subject cannot participate in the Competition.
6. AWARD AND AWARDS
6.1. As part of the draw on 07.01.2022, one Winner will be drawn (hereinafter the "Winner").

6.3. The costs of medical insurance and baggage, extra meals, as well as all costs associated with issuing the visa and all additional and / or ancillary costs not expressly provided for in these Regulations are not included in the Award, which therefore remain the responsibility of the winner.
6.4. The Prize does not generate interest, cannot be traded nor can it be replaced and / or refunded, it cannot be converted into cash or gold tokens.
6.5. After the departure date, the Reward will automatically lose value;
6.6. The Winner must be in possession of valid documents, passport and all necessary visas and permits to enter and visit Europe;
6.7. The total prize money is € 289.90 = VAT included;
6.8. "NOMAD SNC di D'Agliano D. and Aouini M." paid a deposit equal to 100% of the total value of the prize money in favor of the Ministry of Economy and Finance pursuant to Presidential Decree 430/2001.
6.9 It is noted that in the event that the Prize is enjoyed by the winner only or in any case not by both people, the Prize will be considered fully assigned and the Winner will have nothing more to expect from the Promoting Company;
7. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
7.1. In the context of this Competition, to participate in the Final Drawing of the Prize, participants must before entering the Competition: access the page www.bombinate-shoes.com and fill in the Form available on the site providing the personal data requested in the form registration (name, surname, email address, telephone number, tax code). Participants must read the information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR n. 679/2016 and any other national and / or community provision and / or legislation applicable to the protection of personal data by ticking the appropriate box for acknowledgment inserted under the Form. The user will NOT be able to complete his registration and, therefore, take part in the Competition.
Once registration is confirmed, the Recipient will receive an email confirming participation in the final draw.
8. FINAL DRAWING AND AWARD DELIVERY
8.1. At the end of the Competition, a list will be prepared with the names of all the Participants registered in the Competition and on 07.01.2022, in the presence of a competent official of the Chamber of Commerce, the Final Drawing will be held.
8.3. As part of the Final Drawing, only one Winner will be drawn manually and randomly among all the Participants regularly registered in the Competition and four Reserves;
8.4. The manual extraction will take place in the following way: each participant will be entered in numbered pages and / or files containing numbered lists divided into numbered columns in which the names of the participants will be present, the Promoting Company of this competition in the presence of a competent officer of the Chamber of Commerce will manually extract the number of the page and / from an urn or file, the column number and the list number to which the winner's name will correspond. The names of the Reserves will also be extracted in the same way.
8.5. The communication of the winnings will be sent, within 1 day from the drawing, by e-mail to the address communicated during the registration phase. To validate the win and be entitled to the prize won, the winner must, in any case, reply to the e-mail notification of the win, declaring to accept the prize no later than 3 days from the notification of the win, by sending his / her personal data, copy of identity documents and any documents that will be requested from the pec: nomadsnc@pec.it ;
8.6. After receipt of the required documentation, a cross-check will be carried out between the recorded data and those received within 1 working day. Should the data coincide, the Prize will be confirmed immediately. In the event that, following the aforementioned checks, a winning participation that does not comply with the Regulations is detected, the Winner will be contacted to request further documentation. If the documentation is not provided within 3 working days, the winner will lose the right to the Prize;
8.7. Reserves will be contacted in order of draw, only where the Winner and / or
the Reserve drawn previously have refused the Award;
8.8. The same procedure for the confirmation, acceptance and delivery of the Award described above will be applied to the Reserves;
8.9. The Promoting Company assumes no responsibility in the event that the communication of the win is not completed due to problems related to the e-mail address indicated by the Winner extracted (as in the case of a disabled, non-existent or full mailbox). Likewise, the Promoting Company assumes no responsibility in the event of expired passports / visas / authorizations, not obtained or denied by the competent authorities to the Winner (or to the relative / companion).
9. AWARDS NOT ASKED OR NOT AWARDED
9.1. Unassigned or unsolicited prizes, other than those rejected, will be donated to the “Piccole Stelle” Onlus Association at the “Versilia” Hospital Neonatology Department, Via Aurelia 55041 Camaiore (Lu) fraz. Lido di Camaiore, tax code 91028620465.
9.2. Otherwise, all the Prizes expressly rejected by the Winners and by the Reserves will return to the availability of the Promoter.
10. PUBLICITY OF THE COMPETITION AND AVAILABILITY OF THE REGULATION
10.1. VAT 04894400284 and the company "Deana di Debora Carolina Degradi", Via Roma 26 26845 - Codogno (LO), VAT number 10860330967 and through the social channels of the Promoting Company (by way of example and not limited to Facebook and Instagram) in compliance with provisions referred to in Art. 11, paragraph 2, of Presidential Decree 430/2001;
10.2. The complete Competition Rules will be available to Participants on the page www.bombinate-shoes.com .
11. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
11.1. The collection of the personal data of the Recipients will take place in compliance with the Gdpr n. 679/2016 and any other national and / or community provision and / or legislation applicable to the protection of personal data.
11.2. In order to participate in the Competition, the Recipients must expressly read the privacy information that will be shown on the page specially created by "NOMAD SNC di D'Agliano D. e Aouini M." dedicated to the Competition;
The recipients' data will be processed by "NOMAD SNC di D'Agliano D. and Aouini M." that it will treat them as data controller in compliance with the provisions of current legislation for the sole purposes related to this Competition;
11.3. The data of the Recipients collected as part of the Competition will be stored on a server located in Europe and replicated (through a mirroring system) in real time on an Italian server located at the headquarters of the Promoter Company.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
12.1. The Promoting Company declares that it waives the right to recover the withholding tax pursuant to art. 30 DPR n. 600 of 09/29/73 in favor of the winner;
12.2. The Promoting Company may revoke or modify the methods of execution of this prize event for just cause, pursuant to art. 10 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, giving prior notice to the Recipients in the same form as the promise or in equivalent form;
12.3. The Promoting Company reserves the right to carry out all checks relating to the correct participation in the Competition. In case of ascertained irregularity in the participation in the Competition, the Prize due to the Recipient will not be recognized;
12.4. The Promoting Company assumes no responsibility for events not attributable to it, such as by way of example but not limited to: access, impediment, malfunction or difficulty regarding technical tools, cables, electronics, software and the hardware, transmission and connection, telephone line or data that may prevent the Recipient from participating in this Competition;
12.5. The Recipients who, according to the unquestionable judgment of the Promoting Company or of third parties appointed by the same, are winners with means and tools capable of evading the uncertainty, or in any case judged in a suspicious, fraudulent manner, or in violation of the normal course of the Competition, they will not be able to enjoy the Prize won in this way. The Promoting Company, or third parties appointed by it, reserve the right to proceed, within the terms deemed most appropriate, and in compliance with the laws in force, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system devised;
12.6. Participation in this Competition implies for the recipients the unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these Regulations without any limitation.
For anything not expressly provided for in these Regulations, Presidential Decree 430/2001 will be implemented.
